 According To A Study From Health.com "Foods high in phosphate, like processed foods and those with high levels of added phosphates, can interfere with how your body metabolizes calcium and vitamin D. Additionally, phytic acid in whole grains, nuts, and seeds can hinder the absorption of certain minerals, so it's best to take vitamin D supplements at least 1-2 hours after consuming them. Some research also suggests high meat intake may be associated with lower vitamin D levels"
